On Tuesday March 31 2009 at 8:51 am Police observed a wanted male on Queens Avenue.

The male fled on foot and was arrested by Police on Dufferin Avenue.

The male was wanted for break and enter that occurred on February 23 2009 to an apartment building on Huron Street where property was stolen from inside and also for theft of a motor vehicle stolen on March 26 2009 from a residence on Arbour Glen Crescent

When the male was searched a small quantity of marihuana was located on him along with being in possession of a break-in instrument. Malcolm Ripley 30 years of London is charged with break and enter, wearing a disguise, theft over $5000, possession of a break-in instrument and possession of marihuana.
