We use a variety of reusable bags. We have the plastic type that can be used for dry goods and the lighter cloth type that can easily be washed and used again for the meats. The plastic industry really likes to yank on our chains hoping that we will be stupid enough to go back to using a resource that is doomed to someday dry up. Scaremongering is a biiig part of the things an industry will do to discourage us from doing what is right to doing what is profitable. I guess they figure we are not intelligent enough to figure out that washing the bags is a GOOD idea. Sheesh. Shame on them.
