Kien Cuong Pham 23 years of London, Thi Le Tran (female)25 years of London and Thanh Trung Tran 22 years of London are charged with possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking, unlawfully produce marihuana and theft under $5000. Thanh Trung Tran is additionally charged with possession of marihuana for the purpose of trafficking, unlawfully produce marihuana and theft under $5000.
