Graffiti is a criminal offence


On Friday, July 10, 2009 at 2:45 am citizens in the area of Via Rail on York Street saw a male wearing a bandana over his face, spray painting the side of a rail car. 

London Police were called and the male was arrested. 

Officers noted the spray painted “signature” was two feet high and six feet long.Now charged with mischief under $5000 is 31 year old Ryan IRWIN of London.

Graffiti is a criminal offence and anyone witnessing this act is asked to call police immediately.
