On Sunday August 23 2009 at 6 pm a 19 year old female was on Dundas Street near Richmond Street with a 25 year old male when they were approached by a male.
The male twisted the female’s wrist and took a quantity of cash from her. The suspect brandished a knife and made a jabbing motion toward the victim.
The victim received minor injuries to her wrist. Police were called and after further investigation the suspect was arrested on Richmond Street near Dundas Street on August 25th. Joseph Cooke, 26 years of London is charged with robbery and assault with a weapon.
