Barely a year after a work crew cleaned up the drug, partying bush off of Kipps Lane near Belfield and Country Lane it is full again with graffiti all over the Brittany Towers parking decks and garbage everywhere. The work crews have worked hard for two summers cleaning up the area. Look at it right now.
