Mural under Adelaide-Windermere Bridge Vandalized by Graffiti AGAIN

The mural created as a summer project by students in 2008 under the Adelaide - Winderemere Bridge has been hit YET AGAIN by graffiti. This is after it was thoroughly pasted by graffiti and underwent an expensive cleaning this summer. The north side of the bridge and the pillars remain covered with graffiti.

How long will this go on. This game of cat and mouse with graffiti vandals has gone on since 2006 since I first reported the area filled with graffiti and the City first painted it over. How much money will the City spend to keep "restoring" this mural and leaving the graffiti under the rest of the bridge in tact.

One thing is certain. Now that the first graffiti has appeared on the mural after the complete restoration more will follow. History is a great predictor of the future in crime if nothing is done to stop the criminals/vandals.
