London Police are investigating an assault, threats and forcible confinement of an employee at Marshall's Pasta, 580 Adelaide St. N. which occurred at 4:00am on Friday October 30, 2009. 


The suspect exhibited bizarre behaviour when he approached the victim in the area of Oxford and Mornington and walked with him to Marshall's.  The victim was assaulted and confined inside the business before the suspect fled the scene.  The victim sustained minor injuries.
  The suspect is described as male, 25-30 years old, tanned complexion, very short dark hair, sunglasses resting on top of his head, 5'10", medium build, wearing a 3 tone white and grey or blue turtle neck sweater, jeans, white shoes.
