Tentative Agreement Reached in LTC Strike - Vote on Monday December 14th | Print |  E-mail

The London Transit Commission and the ATU – Local 741 are pleased to advise that a tentative

agreement has been reached.

The agreement is subject to ratification by the parties; accordingly,

particulars of the tentative agreement will not be released until such time as ratification occurs

which is expected to take place on Monday, December 14, 2009.

Particulars regarding the return of transit service will be issued immediately upon ratification of the

agreement by the parties.

Both parties apologize for the significant inconvenience the strike has had on our customers and

community at large and thank you all for your patience.

if they want to thank us they should give us free service for a month...especially those who bought passes and got screwed on them.

instead they offer money for the time the strike was in effect. oh and I can't wait to see how much more the poorer folks will have to pay for the driver's salary hike
