On Tuesday January 19 2010 at 5:40 pm the London Police Service Guns and Drugs Section executed a search warrant to a residence on Arbour Glenn Crescent and arrested seven males and a female.
Police seized a .40 caliber handgun along with a magazine containing 10 rounds of .40 caliber ammunition.  Major Drug/Firearms Arrest off Kipps Lane on Arbour Glen Crescent
There was a small quantity of marihuana located in the residence. When one of the arrested males was searched Police located a small quantity of marihuana along with individually wrapped pieces of crack cocaine on his person ($940 worth crack cocaine). The following persons are charged;
Benjamin Rivera 19 years of London, Abel Rivera 18 years of London, Emmett Campbell 21 years of London, Mozare Clarke 21 years of London, Mohamed Farah 20 years of Windsor, Ahmed Jama 21 years of London, Devon Victor 21 years of Ajax
and Shawniquek Stoute 19 years of London are all charged with careless storage of a firearm, careless storage of ammunition, unlicensed to possess handgun, possess unloaded handgun together with readily accessible ammo, contravening regulation under Firearm Act respecting to storage of handgun and possession of marihuana.
Devon Victor is additionally charged with possess a firearm while prohibited, possess ammunition while prohibited, breach of an officer in charge undertaking and providing a false name.Mozare Clarke is additionally charged with possess firearm while prohibited, possess ammo while prohibited and breach of recognizance. Emmett Campbell is additionally charged with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of marihuana. Shawniquek Stoute is additionally charged with breach of an officer in charge undertaking.
