Community Living at The Northbrae Hub The Family Support Program is happy to be able to meet with families on a drop-in-basis twice a month at the Northbrae Community Hub. Our program is one that offers resources, advice and emotional support to families with children under the age of 18 who have an intellectual disability. We are at the Hub the second and last Wednesday Morning of every month. Please contact Community Living London at 519 686 3000 to speak with a Family Support worker.
