On Wednesday March 3 2010 at 9:10 pm the London Police Service Guns and Drugs Section in partnership with the London RCMP Drug Section executed a search warrant at an address on Sandford Street.
Police seized in total 26.8 grams of crack cocaine ($2,680), $3,620 in Canadian currency, a “Titan Tiger” .38 special revolver, a “Davis Industries” .380 calibre semi-automatic pistol, drug paraphernalia and a 1998 voyager van ($3,000).
A female was arrested inside of the residence and two males were arrested in the voyager van in the area. Police seized 2.4 grams of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia from the vehicle. (the 2.4 grams seized from the vehicle is included in the above total of 26.8 grams of crack cocaine)
John Hebb 45 years of London and Adrian Ward 23 years of Toronto are charged jointly with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking. Lynn Barrett, 23 years of London and Adrian Ward are charged jointly with possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, two counts of unlicensed person possess restricted weapon (revolver and pistol), two counts of possess firearm while knowingly not being the holder of a licence and two counts of contravene Firearms Act relating to storage of the firearms.Adrian Ward is additionally charged with two counts of possess firearm while prohibited.
