London Police are seeking the assistance of the public in the investigation of a pedestrian fatality. On March 17th sometime between 9:00pm and 10:00pm an elderly male was struck while walking on Trafalgar Street east of Crumlin Sideroad. Previous Release;On Wednesday March 17 2010 at 10:58 pm Police were called to Trafalgar Road in between Crumlin Side Road and Shaw Road for a body found lying on the roadway. Evidence found suggests that this was a hit and run involving a motor vehicle. It is believed that the suspect vehicle will have significant front end damage. At this time there is no further description of the vehicle involved. Trafalgar Road in between Crumlin Side Road and Shaw Road will be closed for a lengthy period of time today for the investigation. The pedestrian struck has been identified and was an elderly male.
