Vehicle Flees Police at Barker Huron - Stopped at Kipps/Adelaide - Drugs Found Charges Laid | Print |  E-mail

London Police Release

On Tuesday March 25 2008 at 2:19 am London Police attempted to stop a vehicle at Barker Street at Huron Street for a traffic violation.

The vehicle failed to stop for Police and fled north on Barker Street, through various residential streets, failing to stop for stop signs.

 The vehicle came to a stop when the driver mounted a curb to Adelaide Street near Kipps Lane. The driver was arrested and when searched Police located a small quantity of crack cocaine and a small quantity of oxycodone. 

A 16 year old male of London is charged with failing to stop for Police, dangerous operation of a motor vehicle, two counts of failing to comply with youth criminal justice act, possession of crack cocaine for the purpose of trafficking and possession of oxycodone for the purpose of trafficking.
