Despite recent attention given to the cell phone laws drivers continue to jeopardize safety by dividing their attention. On Saturday an officer observed a vehicle weaving and when the officer pulled alongside the vehicle (officer was in an unmarked car) he saw the driver talking with the cell phone to the ear and a full calendar spread out on the steering wheel!
Get an office!The driver wasn’t too happy with the officer indicating that the $155 fine was going to cut into his day’s profit significantly.
