On Tuesday April 20 2010 at 1:44 pm a 43 year old female was walking on Huron Street near Barker Street when two unknown males approached her.
One of the males assaulted the female, grabbed her purse and fled on foot. K9 tracked to a backyard on Michaelmas Street and arrested a male. The purse was recovered in the area. The female received minor injuries.
James Jackson 22 year of London is charged with robbery.
Police continue to investigate. The second suspect is described as a white male, 16-19 years old, approximately 6’, thin build, shoulder length brown hair wearing a black sweatshirt.
