Written by LPS Media Release

The London Police Service is now promoting online reporting via the “COPLOGIC” software program that is now available on our website www.police.london.ca, “How to Report”.

This new option will improve customer service and create efficiencies in our reporting process.  During the initial launch a complainant may report the following events (no suspects) using on-line reporting:  Damage (Not Wilful) Theft Damage/Mischief to Vehicle Lost Property Damage/Mischief to Property Lost/Stolen License Plate Theft from Vehicle Once the online report is approved, the complainant will receive a printable occurrence report via email to assist with insurance claims or identification replacement. This option saves the complainant a visit to the London Police Service Headquarters to request a hardcopy.Visit the London Police Service website www.police.london.ca  for more information.
