Built and Natural Environment Committee - Meets Monday Afternoon at 4 pm

• Request from Municipality of Middlesex Centre – Sanitary Servicing for Arva – report back from staff with further information
• Water, sanitary and storm rate structure review – report discussing possibility of fixed rate charges
• Veterans Memorial Parkway South Extension Class Environmental Assessment – appointment of consulting engineer
• Methadone Clinic Interim Control By-law – OMB decision
• Agreement with Horticultural Trades Association (Landscape Ontario) for the future enhancement of the Veterans Memorial Parkway

Community and Neighbourhoods Committee - Meets Tuesday Afternoon at 4 pm

• Request for a City policy to prohibit leasing or rental of space to pornography industry – sponsored events and a request related to the London Public Library Board’s internet policy. Delegation at 4:30 pm – Megan Walker, London Abused Women’s Centre
• Introduction to the Parks and Recreation Strategic Master Plan and 2009-2010 accomplishments – delegation by Director of Parks and Recreation at 5:00 pm
• Updates on Green Bin Program and zero waste strategies – delegation by Director of Environmental Programs & Solid Waste at 6:00 pm
• Introduction of Ontario 211 Service to London – Implications for the City of London
• Municipal partner agreements for blue box processing services – report on allowing other municipalities to bring their recycling to our new Materials Recovery Facility.
• Raising Chickens within residential zones – public participation meeting at 7:00 pm

Finance and Administration Committee Meets Wednesday Morning at 10 am.

• By-law amendments to provide for appeals to a Hearings Officer – public participation meeting at 10:20 am
• 2011 user fees and charges related to civil marriage ceremonies – public participation meeting at 10:25 am
• 2010 Annual Report – Development Charges Reserve Funds
• Shut-Down of CBC Transmitter in London – report from Director of Intergovernmental and Community Liaison
