LPS Media Release - Update; Charges Laid. As a result of a Police investigation Anisha Kuipers, 24 years of London is charged with Robbery.

On Thursday May 22 2008 at 11:38 am a lone female entered the Ace Variety Store located at 149 Boulee Street. The female went around the counter and the 50 year old female clerk attempted to stop her but was pushed. The suspect proceeded to grab cigarettes.
There was a brief struggle when the clerk attempted to stop the female from fleeing through the store s exit door. The suspect was able to flee on foot with a quantity of cigarettes southbound across Cheapside Street. Police are currently looking for a white female 20-30 years old, thick blonde brown hair past the shoulders, darkness around both eyes wearing a green and blue track suit, light coloured shirt and white shoes. The clerk received minor injuries.
The female charged in the robbery was the same female that jumped out of a moving vehicle;On Thursday May 22 2008 at 11:44 am Police received a phone call in regards to a female jumping out of a moving vehicle located at Oxford Street at Barker Street. The female was unknown to the driver. The female remains in hospital in stable condition with non life threatening injuries.
