On Sunday, July 27, 2008, shortly after 2:00am, the London Police Service was called to the Roxbury Bar, located at 1165 Oxford Street East, in response to a male who had been stabbed.
When police arrived, they found that two males had been assaulted by another male with a beer bottle, and were suffering from cuts.
Both males were transported to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries. The suspect had fled the scene in a vehicle, which was located by police near the area of Oxford Street at Gunn Street.
Several people in the vehicle were taken into custody, including the suspect. The suspect was arrested and was found to have drugs in his possession.
As a result of the investigation, 30 year old Jason Semper, of London, has been charged with one count of aggravated assault, one count of assault causing bodily harm, and one count of possession of marijuana.
