What is Family Networks

Family Networks is a neighbourhood-based support service

that helps support families

 

How do we do we support families?

We assist in developing a support plan. This may include an assigned mentor that offers support,

assistance, guidance and advocacy.

 

Come visit us at the Northbrae Community Hub on Fridays between  10-12 pm

Referrals accepted at

London Intercommunity Health Centre - 1355 Huron Street
